Fosber Asia at SinoCorrugated South 2024

SinoCorrugated South 2024 was grandly opened on Apr. 10, 2024. As the World's Leading Supplier of Equipment and Services for Complete Corrugated Production Lines, Fosber Asia had been displayed at 8C270, Hall 8, Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an New Hall), China.

At this exhibition, Fosber Asia held a highly anticipated Product Launch. During the launch, Mr. Zhao Qingjun, General Manager of Fosber Asia, shared the latest developments of Fosber Asia with the audience and introduced Fosber Asia's new products S/Line 370 corrugator and Instant Set, and its excellent performance in actual production. The S/Line 370 is Fosber Asia’s flagship corrugator with designed production speed of 370mpm for mega volume corrugated board manufacturers. In order to address the pain point of "short runs and small orders" in corrugated board production, Fosber Asia has launched the "Instant Set" double-module slitter scorer, which can significantly improve the order change speed for corrugators and greatly enhance production efficiency.

To provide a more intuitive understanding of the products, we visited Dong She Paper Mill in Southern China through live actions and witnessed the S/Line 370 high-speed corrugator with Instant Set. Under the order structure of an average of 650 orders per day, we observed how the corrugator achieves high efficiency and produces high-quality cardboard under the management team of Dong She. Mr. Zhao Zeqiang, Manufacturing Director of Dong She Paper Mill, highly praised the actual performance of Fosber Asia's S/Line 370 and Instant Set products in production. Additionally, the details of Instant Set were demonstrated to customers on site through holographic technology. The exhibition was filled with audiences from all walks of life stopping by to watch, interact, and discuss Fosber Asia's new products and technologies with our sales and technical teams.
