Excellent Service·For You With You | Fosber Asia Elite Customer Care Program 2024 Kicks Off

To further align with customer needs and enhance service quality, Fosber Asia has recently launched a three-month Fosber Asia Elite Customer Care Program 2024 with “Excellent Service · For You With You” as the theme. This activity is executed by the Elite service team, composed of regional service managers and experienced service engineers. They will conduct on-site visits to out-of-warranty customers both domestically and internationally, engaging in in-depth discussions with customers on key topics such as equipment usage, maintenance, capacity improvement, and cost-efficiency optimization.

 

During the service visit, the service team will conduct a thorough and detailed inspection of customer equipment, identifying both current and potential issues and risks. They will provide customers with a comprehensive equipment health diagnostic report to ensure efficient and safe operation of the equipment, helping customers swiftly address urgent equipment issues and eliminating their concerns.
