Fosber Asia Deepens Customer Care Program to Support Customers High-Quality Development

Since September this year, Fosber Asia has launched Fosber Asia Elite Customer Care Program 2024 with “Excellent Service · For You With You” as the theme, which aims to support customers’ high-quality development through outstanding and superior service. So far, Fosber Asia's Elite service team, composed of regional service managers and experienced service engineers, has completed visits to several out-of-warranty customers across South China, East China, Southwest China, and North China.

 

During these visits, the Elite service team conducted comprehensive and meticulous inspections of customers' corrugator production lines, offering professional guidance on operation and maintenance. For various pain points and challenges raised by customers, Fosber Asia team provided practical and feasible solutions. Additionally, the service team listened attentively to customers' needs and engaged in in-depth discussions with customer teams on optimizing production capacity and improving efficiency, while also exploring industry development trends.

 

Through these visits, Fosber Asia has helped customers optimize production processes and improve the stability of their equipment operations. The professional expertise and high-quality service attitude of the Elite service team have earned high praise from customers.
